A very efficient service! We called in person at the offices in Wolverhampton and we were dealt with in a very professional manner. Having read the reviews of this company on their website, and debated over a couple of days whether I should send my gold to them, I decided I would hit the jewellers in town first and get their best prices. I was quoted, at best, around £10 a gram when I could see from this website that gold was scrapping at £13.30. I was not prepared to accept such a low price when I knew I could get it better elsewhere if I just trusted the postal system! Having sent the goods by Special Delivery insured the contents for up to £500 anyway. Fantastic service! I received a phone call at 9:30am the next day with an excellent price. I just wish I had more gold to sell now! Money was in my account within 10minutes. Highly recommended - Would use again and again!
