Wow! An excellent speedy service! I sent my gold in at 11am Tuesday and I received payment by 11am the next day - how good is that! Very easy to deal with! I will have no worries about using them again, cannot recommend them highly enough.
Brilliant service! I opted for a home visit because I was so nervous about posting my jewellery. I was visited by a very polite and professional young man who took about half an hour to value my jewellery. He offered me more than twice the price I was offered by a local jeweller and then they transferred the money directly into my bank account so I didn't have the worry of a lot of cash at home or taking it into town to pay into the bank.
I first used the website to get an idea of price for my gold. I then went to my local goldsmith to sell but he offered less than half quoted by UKScrapGold. I must say I did have concern for sending the gold away, but I could not have been more wrong. I sent the package yesterday afternoon and received a phone call at 8:30 this morning from a most helpful gentleman, who was a pleasure to deal.
